"It is with great sadness that we heard of Gays death. We had only known her over the last 10 years as a customer of Christine Ann but Gay soon became more than just a customer. Her warm and open personality made her a delight to be with and she became very special to us. A bright light has gone out of our lives. Our deep felt sympathy goes out to David and all the family."

Peacefully on 7th November 2007 at her home in Grimsby, Gay, aged 66 years. Cherished wife of David and widow of the late Peter and Ron, dearly loved mammy of Stephen and Liam and mother to Keith; very dear to Martin and Robert, the dear sister of Pat and loved and missed by all her family and many friends. Gay will be received into the Church of St. Pius X, Chelmsford Avenue on Monday 12th November 2007 at 5.00pm. A Requiem Mass will take place there on Tuesday 13th November at 1.00pm, followed by a private interment. Donations in lieu of floral tributes will be gratefully received by Ward A1 Trust Fund, c/o Sister Dzialowski, Ward A1, Diana Princess of Wales, Hospital, Grimsby, DN33 2BA. All enquiries to:-
